Who is able to purchase products at CanRad Beauty Limited?

CanRad Beauty Limited provides shopping for Professional Customers only – stylists, estheticians, barbers, salon/spa owners, schools, nail technicians and make-up artists. 

After providing a copy of your license or certificate, CanRad Beauty Limited will open an account in your name with the necessary contact information. All purchases must be made under your specific account so CanRad Beauty Limited can track item purchases for product warranty or product recall requirements.

How much is Shipping cost?

Shipping/Freight cost is $10.99 + Tax in Ontario, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.

Anywhere else in Canada, please contact customer service for shipping rates

What payment methods are available to CanRad Beauty Limited account?

Payments can be made through our Business Consultant's or by contacting our Customer Care team. We accept many different payment methods, the most common are:

*Credit Cards - Visa & MasterCard & American Express

*E-transfer - on-line banking through your financial institution, by adding Can-Rad Beauty Ltd. as a payee.  Please use your full numeric account number.

*Personal or business cheque

*CanRad is now accepting Bitcoin

Please note the following conditions on your 30 day charge account:

*A $25.00 service fee will be charged for returned cheques (in addition to the amount of the cheque).

Can I return or exchange products purchased from CanRad?

Yes, your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you have purchased, we will gladly give you a full refund* or exchange* if you return it to CanRad Beauty Limited within 30 days after you purchased it. (Excludes customer “special order” request items or Final Clearance items).

*Items must be returned with their original invoice, packaging, manuals, accessories or warranty cards

*All clearance & promotional items (Black Friday, Boxing day, etc...) are final sale; no returns will be accepted for these items. 

*All our promotional items will be marked with *BF 

How are Backorders Managed?

Backorders are not charged until stock arrives and ships

They are managed twice a week and shipped $0 delivery fee for backorders over $50

Backorders 3 months or old are cancelled

B2B accounts to not hold backorders.

Any items not received will have to be re ordered
